Do's and don'ts in the care of this plant are
Don't: Do not give it too much water, which will cause root rot.
Do: Provide the plant with about 4 hours of sunlight, preferably indirect. Avoid over-fertilizing and maintain the right humidity levels, using a reliable humidity gauge to ensure accurate readings.

You might want to try using a planting medium with good drainage, like a mix of peat moss, perlite, and orchid bark. Also, I'd recommend fertilizing every two to four weeks, but be careful not to overdo it, as too much fertilization can burn the roots and damage the plant.
